I really had to post this this morning, even though the day had just began.
Simple... dreamt about something, but could not wake up.
Saw some friends at Clarke Quay at between midnight and three in the morning, walking down the same stretch where Andy, Randall, Gabriel andI did our Walk and Talk competition. Instead of them, this group comprised of some of the familiar people like Ze Yi ,Zhi Kai, Cazua,Damien and Dom( no offence). Everyone was dressed in black, from top to toe, and had headsets( looking like those bluetooth headsets) for communication....
Went with them to UOB plaza, before seeing them running up the stairs to the office levels. From what I can remember, they had guns and military knives? I had nothing other than a bag full of first aid equipment( guess it was to drees up any wounds they had), a pistol and a knive. They sort of shot at any police officers who stopped them, and pushed me aside before going into the offices to check on the area before proceeding upwards... Surprisingly, did not hear any alarm or anything in there...
Went to the top, and came down by lift. We managed to hear someone on the radio, saying that a group of at least 5 had infiltrated the area. He spoke commands by radio, saying to close the car park gates, have armed guards at all entrances and exits. I saw an armed officer, wearing a bullet-proof vest with the word" POLICE", carrying a rifle of which I forgot the name...In all, he looked like one of those who usually patrol the MRT stations, just that he has got more equipment this time round...
Headed to the carpark to plot our escape through the closed gate. However, we were spoted by a nearby survelliance camera which gave us away. Soon, we found more of those officers coming in from all the possible exits, except the car park's two main exits. We surrendered and were led to the police bus, before being led to another complex for interrogation... I blacked out on the way, and awoke to find my cousin and her CCA chairperson behind me... well, after that I was in a dze, din't really know what was going on, other than the phrase "wanted for murder and robbery" . After that, I found myslef in great anxiety, wanting to get out, seeing death as a way out of all that chaos, not wanting to have done all that in the first place. Soon, after hearing another explosion sweeping through the place, the same group of us, this time including those who were at the complex and were related to those who infiltrated the UOB plaza fled on the same bus, heading for a jungle( which I do not know of)... It was only then when I was woken up by someone( at 10 30 am)...
What could this mean? Could it be a dangerous day on Monday, or when the class has got a gathering? Could it be a possible terror attack? Maybe I am just thinking too far...Maybe, just maybe, whenever such dreams occur, I can count on it that something bad always happens...Hopefully, my brother who's in Brunei for an 11 day trip would not come to any harm...

Hard Core Friday
Today was really tough, with test coming after test( especially Additional Mathematics). There were already 4 Mathematics tests to date, 2 Chinese tests, 3 Science tests and a English test held so far. 10 tests held in the first 4 weeks of school, and that makes an average of three tests each week!
Though the lessons were smooth, Chinese was more of working with speed and skill, as as long as we could complete a cloze passage and 6 comprehensions within 1hour and 30 minutes... but it ended up with me completing it in 2 hours! The situation was made worse when the comprehension questions were a lot harder than the previous two papers...
Had some soccer after lunch. That was when Zhi Kai pumped the ball into the tree, and while everyone attempted a couple of times to get t down with a basketball, Cazua proved with his worth by his strong sill of marksmanship by kicking a basketball up to the tree, and getting the soccerball down on his first attempt... After that went to take a look at Sean tutoring Clara with her mathematics before going for St John... Now with three new officers, things are going to be really tough ahead, even though it''s for the best of the school... Many new rules to take note of, and many new activities to know of, since I doubt I'll even have a chance to go at them, since, afterall, there's only eight or nine more months to the O Levels...
Left for home at 5.30pm, and met Andy, Chie Heng and Chong Siang coincidentally on the way to the MRT station. Reached hom, ate dinner, changed and headed for tution at 6.45 pm...
Just now, I started to sneeze frequently and my nose even started to flow like a river... maybe I stayed out in the rain for too long today...
Although it's just for the next couple of months, but these times will be over soon, so just try to treasure the days spent at the CCA before it reaches my last...

WIreless Enabled
Finally! S.Nightlife have completed their Walk and Talk competition audio clip, all thanks to the great resourcefullness of the team members and their language skills.
Today, headed to school early to go to the classroom, put down my bag, complete some last-minute work. However, I soon found out that the classroom was not even being used for any meeting this morning! IT started raining, and everyone gathered in class.
Anyway, the meeting was to be held in the afternoon, at around 2.45 pm when school has ended for the day. PE was only some minor lecture on perserverance, and it seemed to have helped me a little. That was 1 period. Next, all we did was to go for a run(enjoyed it) which was also a breeze. Last 10 minutes. Practiced my pull-ups again... could only do three like the last time. Physics practical came after that. I crapped around little with the apparatus again...
After recess was Mathematics. It was not too bad this time, and I could understand the lesson this time round. CME came next. Learnt quite a lot about the electoral system... many facts which I do not even know myself!
Assembly program was about the school's new wireless network and E-learning portal. The school had just recently aquired numerous wireless acess points, tablet PCs and changed everyones' passwords. However, I did not now that bringing a laptop, notebook, tablet to school is actually an offence( an act I did on three occassions last year)... Well, maybe during the St. John training camp held during the June holidays, I could attempt it again, with a plan in mind?
By the way, there were also a group of student demonstrators with 8 of the 20 new tablets in the hall, demonstraing to the audience the uses of the new E-learning portal, which seems more like an organiser than an E-learning portal. Just hoping that on Wednesdays, 8 Biology students could have a different way of having their biology lesson, whereby 8 students gather around a teacher's tablet to copy down lesson notes, since the projector in the temporary classroom is not operarional...
Tomorrow is another CCA day,and luckily I do not have to be in full uniform since I have to rush of at 5.30 pm to prepare for tution in the evening...

Unexpected outcomes
Finally I managed to find time to post something new... Last week was sort of hectic, though there were light moments in between those times of seriousness.
Today, English was fun as ever(eondering hoe the other two groups are doing). I came across some diffculty during the Geography test today, which was on Development. I could get the main idea of the questions, but I still have the problem of time management and expressing my answer as words.
After recess there was Mathematics, fast as it was, even Mr Liew was angry with us for failing to keep the teachers' table neat and tidy in a small room, his anger left as soon as it came. Hope that the lesson is learnt. Chemistry test was almost immediately after that. Simple, though I had little difficulty(of which I oversame quickly) in understanding one of the questions.
Headed to the canteen with thirteeen others after the test, as the remaining 30 had Phusics remedial immediately after school(however, they were released somewhere around 3.30pm). We went for lunch, headed to the library at 2.45 pm for a short quiz, went through the answers and were dismoissed at 4.16 pm.
The part I hated most: the sudden change in the SYF script. Ms Chee said she consulted an expert from ACT 3, who said there there was not enough time to run though Damien's near-completed script. I was not in favour of using the Cultural Nite script and modifying it such that it would be up to standard. Just as I had wanted to use the new script, Ms Chee, tpp had a point there. If that happened, would that mean that some of Damien's efforts that made him stay through the night be gone to waste?
why? Is it that some things can't be up to us students to decide?

Busy Saturday
I was rushing for almost the whole day yesterday, because of 1 reason: oversleeping.
I woke up at 8.06 am, finding that I was way late for the CCA Open House... Before that, I had this thought: why is the sky so bright so early in the morning at 5.40 am? I looked at my watch, and there I was, rushing to prepare my full uniform.
I reached school at 9am. There were some parents still going up to the hall. However, there was already some activity going on in the hall by then. I went straight to our exhibition room at the ground flor, meeting Ms Lim and Darren on the way. She gave me two new badges, but anoter three have not arrived yet. Darren took me to the drama room, where I placed my bags and put the twobadges in place. We went to the hall to watch part of the concert after I changed. Four officers arrived close to 11. They took a look at the SJAB exhiition and even visited the store room... Some time before that, Ms Lim told me that her cousin was actually my brother's classmate! Guess that he really sent those messgaes of Ms Lim to her...
In the afternoon, after some revision at home, I went back to sleep, only to wake up at the time my tuition started: 4.30pm... ther I was again, rushing. I reached my destination only at 5pm...
The moment it ended, at around 5.30, I headed home and packed the essential items(Mp3, camera) into my bag, and rushed once more to Jurong East MRT station to meet up with Randall and Gabriel for our English competition. We had to get to Clarke Quay to take snap shots and recordings of the background atomsphere of the long chain of restaurants along one side of the Singapore River. The job was simple, except that in order to get better shots of the river, we had to get permission to enter the restuarants to take photographs.
At around 8pm, about 30 minutes after we finished the first phase of our preparation, we headed for dinner at Macdonald's... and left at 8:20 pm. That was the first time I took four packets of chilli to finish the fries. Went to a nearby 7/11 store to buy some water before carying on with our final phase of the recordings. This time, we headed to the bridge near Victoria Threatre, where the Cultural Nite was held in November last year. The only thing we had to do here, was to record the soft rumble of the river taxis, so that we could insert them into
the 2-minute audio clip.
Finally, at 8.30pm, we wrapped up everything and headed home by train. The only thing was that something unexpected occured at Clementi MRT station, which was a fainting incident, which happened so fast. I never stepped out of the train, since Iwas starting to fall asleep the moment we boarde into the train... won't go much into detail about what happened though...
10 pm, first thing I wanted to do when I reached home: Sleep. However, that might not be a good idea, since Andy said he wanted to meet us online to talk about the things that we had acomplished tonight. That took only 30 minutes, and I managed to upload some of the recordings and unedited audio clips into the computer...
Why, is it that this year is getting increasingly tiring even before the examination of

Multi purpose classroom
This morning went to school early to complete some unfinished homework... with Sean. However, the moment the classroom was opened by Gabriel, the tables were in a mess... the classroom was being used by other students yesterday. Things were made worse with a meeting about to start in 10 minutes, at 7.20 am. THe three of us rushed to tidy up the place the best we cold, before Yong An came in, and helped us, shortly before the meeting really started...
So, we had to vacate the classroom, and sat at the canteen to see who went to the classroom and came down again... at roughly 8.20am, we went up to the classroom to wait for the meeting to end. Surprisingly, almost everyone was already outside waiting.
Anyway, today was reallylight, as there were only two lessons, Physics and Maths. I was also surprised that I could still maintain my running stamina and was even able to accelerate for the first kilometer of the run during PE...
Right now, just hoping that tomorrow's CCA meeting would be short and simple, since there would be a CCA open house for the secondary ones on Saturday, and I have yet to prepare my full unfirom...

First post for 2007
Finally I can acces the site properly and fast... This year started with the fireworks, just like the past two years. This year's fireworks were much better than last year's, and the crowds were also much larger than last year.
Yesterday was the first day of school, and the day passed almost as if it was already the fourth or fifth weekof the new term... maybe I am just used to the same teachers of whom I was taught by a year ago. THe only lesson was Mathematics, where Mr Liew taught us in the same old style that we are used to, for the last two years. However, the most shocking thing that occured yesterday was that the form teacher of Secondary 4E1 was not Mr Liew as Gabriel and Andy have announced, but it was still Miss Lim! Seems like drama members also neeed moretraining to see through their act...
Today was just like yesterday, just that the first three periods yesterday are almost like the last three periods of today, and that Mathematics lesson was still almost the same. The last thing today was that the class changed their sitting arangement. As I had expected, moving to a seat in the front would prevent me from being switched around with other classmates. And it seems like And and I are still sitting close to one another after another year...
Tomorrow, well, lets just hope it's a different story tomorrow, for during school days, interesting things always happen...
WHY is it that many fallsick whenever it is just days and maybe even weeks after the new year?

Merry Christmas...if it's not too late...
MerryChristmas to all! Err, am I a little too late?
Nevermind... just had many things to do during this festive season of giving. First, there was a problem I had to fix with my "christmas present", which was to solve a problemabout a memory stick stuck in a card reader in a computer. The problem was solved, in about amere 1 minute? All that was done was just to insert an adaptor into the memory stick to get it out, since the stick was too small.
next, to find the perect piano for my two brothers... it's sort of a hectic task, but in the end, it will be worth the investment.
Third, find controllers to the older XBox and PS2... finding the controller of the PS2 is not too dificult, but the controller of the XBox is sort of like endangered- we just can't find it at the stalls we visit! To make things worse, some popular games which were associated with the XBox are just as endangered as the controllers...
Finally, the last problem which is placed in my "least important and least urgent" list, is to buy a new pair of school shoes. Since the kayaking activity during the school secondary three camp, the old pair is rusting really badly.
Four problems, spread out over a period of four days, with over ten hours spent on them, has seen only two being fully accomplished so far... hopefully the last two can besolved soon enough...

Good Things Always Come Close to the End of the Year...
It is true. It really is. Relatives and friends talking about their escape from the hectic life here in Singapore, taking an hour or two to spend time with friends, and the sort. I'll just cut short a few things:
Just two days ago, received a letter regarding the fact I received the EAGLES Award. This is in fact my second time in four years. Before that, I expected the letter to contain the bursary I received a year ago(was not eligible, since family income was way above SGD3000)...
Yesterday, went for a movie with Andy and Randall's cousin, Khin Fong. We watched a 104 mintue film about Eragon. The dragon depicted in the film was really very lifelike! However, I felt that it was just to compensate for the sound effects which were not as good aas expected at Jurong Point. Nonetheless, I am looking forward to the next Episode of Eragon, for it is the first of a three-part film, just like The Lord of The Rings Trilogy.
TODAY. Well, at least the rain took a short break after the clouds let out most of its slightly acidic H2O over 24hours...

Week of Darkness
This Week was plain boring right from the start.
I spent most of the week keeping all 5 computers at home company, reading about how some friends are also going through hard times which seem interesting to me, but, in fact could deal a large a blow to their daily routines, or even change their lifestyles. Aside of that, I have on anther hand some who are going abroad to enjoy and experience the life of other living in a foreign land, or have returned to tell their tale. Those might be the memories they treasure, but these stories are those that I can only remember.
Other than that, I watched the same 5 channels, went through some of this year's topics and filing, I was practically sleeping most of the time. I just want something unusual to happen so that time can pass real well...Completed filing most of the piles of unfiled notes, homework, assignments and assessments of 7 files, except for the languages, for just one look at the two mountains of paper on the table is enough to send me leaving them standing on the table, although it looks much neater after I completed the other subjects.
Next thing, this is only the first week after the Cultural Nite, with lots of peace at home after the weeks of tough, but interesting practices. I really enjoyed the time spent before the actual performance, for the actual one would mean that there would be nothing but study at home for the rest of the 34 days till the day I put on the uniform again.
However, I had only completed two assignments on the list, and am now only going on to do the third. All in all, I only have this to say, that although right now times may be boring, but this is the best time to start preparing for the challenges ahead.

However, I had only completed two assignments on the list, and am now only going on to do the third. All in all, I only have this to say, that although right now times may be boring, but this is the best time to start preparing for the challenges ahead.

Yuan Ching Secondary's First Cultural Nite Concert 2006
It's exactly 25 hours after the Cultural Nite concert started. Now, I am going back to the beginning of the day, when all there was was just the drama members sitting in a simple circle going through the first draft of the script, followed by the character bonding, costume matching, reharsals, choreography, make-up and finally, the actual performance itself, last night, 8.45 pm.
I left home at 6.46am for school, whereby the trucks were already being loaded with the props, and performers ariving one by one. Departed for Victoria Threatre at 8.17 am, with Darren recieving new from Haziq that the return flight to Singapore was delayed ,so we could only expect him after 4pm that day.We arrived there only at 9.11 am. The dance members were already going through their steps and positioning once we arrived. While they were practising away, we were taking photographs of the area while taking a short tour of the area. Soon, we were back, joking and clapping away at the audience area. We were even making fun of Damien, Sean, Steven, and others. We thied out the stage for the first time, with Zhon Rong doing the lights and sounds for the first time too, and we sort of messed up, as expected, since we were not really used to the arrangement and technical properties of the venue.
We had lunch at 12.52 pm, and as a result of the tightened wire, I could not yet really bite that hard, so I passed the chicken and greens to Hong Yong. After that, we went back the the audience corner, this time to watch the mock run-through of the whole concert, leaving out the 20 minutes intermission. This time, things were better, except that the careless mistakes from the previous few reharsals were present, and that the lights and voice projection were still a problem. The good thing ws that the tablos were very real, when we saw them from the closed circuit television, used to monitor the performance going on stage.
During Dinner, I managed to finish everything, as the food was not so difficult to bite, as compared to lunch. We went back to the changing room, to notice that the opera characters were having their makeup done, which was really good. The professionals really live up to their name. We, too had our make-up done, and fortunately, was not as thick as the dancers and opera members.
7.35 pm. The actual performance begins. The band has started, and everything was proceeding very smoothly, just as expected. during the 20 minutes intermission, Darren and some others, including me, made the rounds to ensure that we were ready for the final showcase of our performance, which everyone had worked so hard for. The second bell rings, and the GOH, together with the principal, vice-principal and Mr Liew pass through the back stage to join the audience. The music cue sounds, followed by the curtains. Things went very smoothly, the sounds, lights, enteries, exits, voice projections, actions and music were very precise and accurate, which were much better than those we practised before this very moment. Before we knew it, it was time for the finale.
Around 9.15 pm. We took our bags, and headed to the stage for the photo shots. We cheered briefly for eveyone, Drama Society, Band and Dance. I then joined up with my cousin and left for Old Market for supper. I met Augustine, Yong An and someone else walking in the direction of Street 7 before receiving a lift, again by my cousin's parents, back home. I arrived at my doorstep only at midnight.
That, was the day I will always remember, for there are moments like those which people might only dream of doing...

Less than 24 Hours...
It comes, sooner or later. The time for us to showcase our one-month's worth of co-operation and participation. Today things sort of went wrong for me this morning during my role. Darren played the double-beat on the instrument. In basic drumming... it signals the ending of a piece... I got confused and stopped. Anyways, I let him knew the significance of it and tried to get along with the temporary change in the beat for that period of time...Damien came today, but left almost as soon as he came. Was it for dance or for some other reason? That one simple reason is here.
Left after the reharsal at 12.30 pm for lunch, followed by a game of soccer till 2.15 pm before heading straight for the National Dental Centre for a check. Now,2 and a half hours after changing the wire, the pain is back, but not as intense as before, although it left me to concentrate only on soft food that are easy to bite. Hoping that this pain tomorrow will not be as intense as today, so that I can talk and eat in peace...
I do not seem to have that fear. Could it be because of the fact that I went up there to lead a thousand-strong population of students and teachers in the daily morning routine? Or could it because of the fact that I have gotten used to the role I play as?

Most Dramatic Cultural Nite Reharsal Ever
Well, today has been a long day with every single moment filled with a different mood. First I was proud, then moved on to regret, happiness, panic, seriousness, calm and finally light. Many facets of the mind can come alive at any moment whenever the situation calls for it.Cutting it ahort, I'll go straight to the details.
Morning, 7.20am sent brother off at the Cruise Centre. Met Ms Kang and the rest of the scouts preparing to check-in to the ferry.
8.23 am. Arrival in Yuan Ching Secondary School. Reharsals begin in the hall, and in the classroom. There were light and happy moments here and there, as most of us tried many ways to see how we could joke around with some redundant actions and lines. We got to seriousness a little later, and things started to fit nicely into the act. The first reharsal was the worst, as there were problems with the sounds and a little on the positioning.
Afternoon, 1.10pm. Lunch arrived. It was pizza, as Ms Chee promised. i was sneaky during that period of time, and managed to get my hands on 5 slices of the pizzas from the 4 packages of flavours that were ordered. however, I did not manage to savour the beverage, and ended up buying a packet drink from the canteen instead.
1.30pm. This was when and where all the action took place, the hall. Today was also the day when we got the chance to watch all the performing arts groups perform most, if not, every item. Things were very relaxed and this time, there was hardly any glitches at all. I liked most of the performances, which is the sole reason why others should share the entertainment with the school!
3.23pm. Casualty report, 1 fainted band member. There were some touch-and-go moments, but Darren,Ms Loh,two friends and I quickly brought him back to norm(?if that is what you would call it). It came as a shock at first, only when I heard Mrs Lim reporting that someone fainted and Darren rushing to the scene. i panicked, to be honest, since I sort of forgot what to do within seconds, of which I quickly recovered and prioritised things quickly. I sprinted to the staff room( for the first time since my left elbow recovered) for the first aid kit, then back to the canteen to get a botttle of water from a stall holder, who understood my intention of 'resources first, payment later" sort of thing. I seemed to feel that my body was really light during that period, of which I really paid the money back 20 minutes later. When he was well again, I acted with a short interview by saying "don't take water". It shocked many, especially Darren. I corrected it later, with "Must take as much water as needed". Finally, what made me laugh was the box of make-up on the stage which looked like a first aid kit at first glance.I took it back to the staff room and back to the stage, of course, only to wonder why there were combs, hair gel and sorts inside a first aid kit...
Last thing of today. Search for a good lip gloss. One would definitely find it strange with 5 decent boys looking at cosmetic products. The main reason: to look good on stage. It was not too long later that I learnt from my cousin that she sold the 2 complimentary tickets at S$15each!

3 Days of Enjoyment?
I'll make this short, since there's 36 hours to talk about, and there is only 15 mintues to do all that talking.
Sunday:
Brother celebrated his 11th birthday at home. Things were fun and enjoyable, but rush. That was also the day when my laptop was almost completely repaired, as the LCD screen was still pitch-black, and all the back-up files were lost due to an error with the External hard disk drive.
Yesterday:
Forgot the tune for drama.I screwed up. Everything was sort of like a mess, since there were many scenes that were repeated over and over, till, I sort of almost dosed off. Everyone was dead serious, there was complete silence in the room. No one talking, no one laughing away at the silly mistakes. Simply plain seriousness.
Today was one of the most relaxed reharsal days. Everyone was very relaxed. We did a timing for two rounds of the actual performance, with some mistakes( my grave mistakes again) which all add up to 15 minutes 45 seconds. So, where is the other 4 mintues and 15 seconds? The are other things to allocate for that extra time, so, there will not be much about that for now. Edward and Yun Ru were the show stealers for today. The director made them repeat so many times with their hugging scene that everyone started to take out their camera phones and cameras to capture the moments. Although they did well after some time, the audience did not seem to be contented with their performance( these things are kind of rare in school life, ya?).Now, to the stage trial. Many sequence mistakes with the first act, since that was our first time trying out all that movements on the simulation stage. Another problem was that most of us could not project our voices well. However, it seems like the Drama society was not the only one that encountered such problems.Damine's Blog(Link on the Links list) can cover up for that portion >>>The second time proved to be better , a lot better. After that, went back to the room for more practices on entrance and exit, before dismissal at 4pm.
Seems like Drama Society is really the most relaxed performing arts group in Yuan Ching...

Discharged
ANNOUNCEMENT:YUAN CHING SECONDARY SCHOOL IS HOLDING A CULTURAL NITE CONCERT AT VICORIA THREATRE ON WEDNESDAY,29TH NOVEMBER 2006, FROM 7.30 TO 10.30 PM. TICKETS ARE PRICED AT SGD 10 EACH. FOR MORE INFORMATION, JUST MAIL TO THE ADDRESS LISTED. THANK YOU.
Free at last. Just because of a minor injury, spent SGD248.50in just over 3 months... at least the numerals will not go any further than this, since it is now just a matter of the past.
It just hit my mind that this is actually the first time I am talking about drama reharsals, since this is also the firtst time I had such a major role in the act. Finally it was time for me to take to the stage.Which role am I playing and what is the item about? just wait till the 29th. The instructor was pissed off during the first scene, as an actor could not bond emotions together with the actions.I was taking photographs during the viewing of the outline of the 20-minute act. There were not many gliches with the shots, just that I had forgotten to turn the flash off and caused things to go a little ugly, that is, having more eyes on you than one the actors.Other than that,I am unable to post the photographs here as the camera belongs to one of the main cast, Siang Ling. However, everything went smoothly after that, with everyone laughing at the silly mistakes they made. This session can really take my worries off, since things are going real smoothly.
After drama, went to wait for some friends to have lunch with. While waiting, met some friends who had their own CCA stuffs to do.But ultimately, did not have lunch, as I waited badly enough and went to the hospital without my meal. the trip this time proved fruitful, as there was no need to return for more follow-ups the next month on. Great!
Is this really the last time that I could enjoy such times of peace during CCAs, when studies do not come in the way and I could put my worries away while collaborating with friends to put up a memorable item ehich I will never forget? I hope that this day will never come...

Boredom
Just as expected, this is one of the worst side-effects of long-term holidays... However, this side effect seems to be like a "touch-and-go" sort of thing. Drama Society meetings twice a week seems to be good enough, but the days of boredom in between are more intense in between these days. I'll do anything just to kill time...
Ever since tour domestic servant left for home, it was high time to get back to work... It's not that I hate to do all the house work, but I just want to get these days of long hours done and over with. At least I found out which areas I am good at while at home doing the housework. In all, all that only helped me past over 3 hours of today with all that time accumulated. The rest, dosing off, keeping my eyes stuck to the LCD screen, keeping my hands busy on that controller, thinking of mathematical solutions, memorising new words and reading Total time? 24hours.So, now,I have only 3 questions to ask:
1. Can siblings ever be so lazy that everything has to be done for them?
2. Is anyone organising anything during the holidays, for I would like to take part in some of
them if I have the time though.
3.For computer experts only:If you have nothing to do, I am looking for someone to repair my
laptop which has been collecting dust for 2 months already...You could send your replies to this
address"yeo_1r9y9a1n@hotmail.com "thanks.
Good thing tomorrow is coming. Drama from 9.30 to 12.30, and head for the hospital for one last check to confirm that my left elbow is ready to take all sorts of challenges...and it's back to aim for the gold award for NAPFA next year.
up till today, this is only the third week of the November-December holidays...

Kawai? No...
Piano hunt, session 3... missed the 2nd session. A short recap... since the piano at home was 16 years old, and since my brother cant really bring out his full potential playing the current piano as the sound was deteriorating, decided to get one that will see him through the diploma level.
Well, although I am not the one who will ultimately get to use the piano, but, as one who enjoys classicals, I had the thought of hearing the different tones that different qualities of pianos produce.Session 2 was missed yesterday, since there was drama, and I was tired after reaching home.It was after their return that I heard many different company names, some famous, some never heard of before. Some examples(might spell wrongly, since I might have never seen the spelling before):Whil Steinberg, Kawai,Yamaha,Schimmel and 2 others which I forgot...
I may not be sure about this, but I think that my parents may have come to a decision on which to buy, since after all that running around, the price of pianos seem to linger between S$8000 to S$200 000...As for when the cash will be leaving our hands, I cant be sure.
Regretting the fact I missed 2 good opportunities to get a go at piano and violin at a young age , which I did not have much interest in then. But now, I get the feeling as though there was something missing...

Piano hunt
Sadly, today is ONLY THE SECOND LAST DAY of the Headstart programme...With Biology lasting for 2 hours...
Went out with family at around four in search of a good piano(upright grand, since the living room is running out of space)as the current one is already 16 years old and the tone is higher than normal... This is round 2, in fact. Well this time we headed to the CBD, but was unable to find the right one. Even the piano back home sounds so much better than what the shops we visited were showcasing... nevermind, there's always tomorrow. You may find it strange though, that someone who has got no skill in this instrument is actually hunting for one. Truth is, it's my brother who needs it, not me. I am just hanging around there to get a feel of the atmosphere of the different sounds that different qualities of pianos create... One thing though, I never knew that pianos could be so damn expensive...
Oh,yeah. great news travels through messengers. And that was exactly what happened. A change in former school is about to take place, finally, after 8 years... well won't say so much about it, since that's the past, and it's filled with 5 years of darkness...might bring it up again some other time... Let's just hope that tomorrow will be another day blanketed with light...
There's lots of unwanted stuff wondering around in there, and they still are...

Today there was nothing much to do in school, except risking getting caught while calling Sean fruitlesly for around 10 times till recess, when Mr Liew came in and said that a few are preparing for the major performance... that was when he started calling, but I did not pick the calls, as I was concentrating on the lesson, and furthermore, the phone was on silent mode, meaning that all calls and messages will be just a simple vibration...
Had a bit of soccer before going to JP to catch a movie, Flushed Away. The movie was nice, with combinations of miming, drama and perhaps, "mini muciscals"? graphics made things seems life-like, though it was an animation.
Headed straight home after the movie at 5. Although I felt like staying a little longer in the mall, there was some inner voice telling me to Just get myself down to the first floor and through the main entrance to the MRT platform. I simply followed...
Just cleared some misunderstanding about the payment process. It's nothing serious though, just that I got a few things mixed up.
Anyway, just hope that tomorrow can make it to drama, even if it is just 30 minutes, as I remembered Sean hinting to me through experience from his reharsals that there is really not enough time for drama...Maybe I have been worrying about too much lately, that I have even started to wonder whether or not to the group has to turn up more often, or even stay for longer periods each meeting...Anyway, just hope that we can show others that, though reharsing time was extremely short, we still made it to be one of the best...
...And even now, I am still wondering about things I have little say in...
